De Colores

The example design, De Colores, is meant to incorporate three or four gradient shades/hues of a primary color layered and blended into an organic flow that may suggest movement and/or landscapes, suggesting foreground and distant background. Choose your gradient four color palette and choose your style of watercolor- veil technique- a timed and carefully layered application of color to create detail within delicately blended color on deckled paper. Or, choose a gauche painting on house-stretched canvas using the same timed veil style techniques.
